From Her Garage to a Garden of Dreams

Dani Christakos is the founder and creative director of The Flower Garage®, a floral experience brand known for its stylish workshops, large-scale events, and community-centered approach to floral design. After spending 17 years as a stay-at-home mom raising her three children, Dani launched The Flower Garage at age 42, transforming a passion for flowers and connection into a thriving business.
What began as intimate flower arranging workshops quickly blossomed into a sought-after brand working with major companies including Gucci, Sephora, L’Oréal, DraftKings, TravisMathew, SalonCentric, and Edikted, creating floral activations, client events, and brand experiences across the country. Dani also served as part of the floral team for Netflix’s hit series Love Is Blind Season 10.
Today, with three locations in Arizona and one in California, The Flower Garage franchise is expanding nationwide. Dani created the franchise model to give other women and entrepreneurs the opportunity to build their own creative floral businesses within their communities. Through workshops, corporate events, weddings, and flower bars, franchise owners are able to combine artistry with entrepreneurship while creating spaces where people gather, connect, and celebrate through flowers. Dani’s mission is not only to grow a brand, but to empower others to turn creativity into a meaningful and successful business of their own.

2017
After devoting 17 years to raising her three children, Dani made herself a promise: when her eldest left for college, she would finally pursue her dream. In 2017, she took that leap of faith, and by 2020, opened her first studio. Then COVID hit—and everything changed.

2020
While the world felt uncertain and isolated, Dani pivoted to online classes, discovering something powerful: she could bring a little happiness into people's homes when they needed it most. That pivotal year didn't just change her business—it revealed her true calling of connecting people through creativity and flowers.

2023
In 2023, she opened her second studio, which has truly elevated The Flower Garage ® experience, creating an even more beautiful sanctuary where creativity and community flourish together.
What makes The Flower Garage® truly special isn't only the stunning arrangements that leave the studio—it's the atmosphere Dani has carefully cultivated, where perfection is never the goal and connection always is. It's where first-time guests become regulars, and regulars become part of a family united by creativity, beauty, and the joy of shared moments.
The Journey
Our Mission is to create a sanctuary where creativity flourishes, connections deepen, and every guest leaves feeling more inspired than when they arrived.

Founder & Creative Director
Dani Christakos
The heart behind The Flower Garage, Dani has been bringing floral joy to the Scottsdale area for eight years. After 17 years devoted to raising her three children, she made a promise to herself: when her eldest left for college, she'd chase her dream of opening a creative floral studio.

What began as personal passion quickly evolved when Dani discovered how much people loved gathering to learn together—and how flowers could transform an ordinary evening into something truly memorable. Her greatest joy comes from watching friendships blossom over blooms and being part of her clients' biggest life moments.

When she's not surrounded by flowers, you'll find Dani traveling around the world as she loves to explore different cultures. She's been married to her high school sweetheart for 28 years and they have 3 children together, proving that some beautiful things really do last forever.

Meet Our Team

The numbers tell part of our story but the true impact is found in moments we can’t measure:
the shy guest who discovers creative confidence,
the friends who turn a workshop into their favorite monthly tradition,
the bride who entrusts us with her most important day,
and the joy sparked when flowers brighten room.
